Eric Lexi Exterior Specialist LLC ("Eric Lexi," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers about their roofing and exterior restoration projects. Messages may include:
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Inspection scheduling and results
• Job status and crew arrival updates
• Insurance claim and supplement status updates
• Responses to customer inquiries
This is a two-way messaging program. You may reply directly to our messages to communicate with our office regarding your project.
You may consent to receive text messages from Eric Lexi by:
• Checking the SMS consent box on a contact or estimate request form at ericlexi.com
• Checking the SMS consent box on your signed service agreement
• Providing express written consent to an Eric Lexi representative during an in-person consultation
Consent is collected through a separate, unchecked checkbox. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Eric Lexi Exterior Specialist LLC.
Message frequency varies based on your project status and your interactions with us. You may receive several messages during active project phases — scheduling, installation, or claim processing — and few or none between phases.
Message and data rates may apply. Eric Lexi does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from this program unless you opt in again.

This program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and resellers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used solely to communicate with you about your project and our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Phone numbers may be shared with service providers who assist us in delivering messages, such as our messaging platform provider, solely for the purpose of operating this program. For complete information about how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
